Speaking out for the first time since the shooting deaths of three Pittsburgh police officers, Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell told reporters, "Our police all over the state are simply outgunned.'
- Police have access to rifles, pistols, shotguns and fully automatic firearms. How is it they are outgunned?

Quote:

"The criminals have too many weapons of high power of semi-automatic nature," Gov. Rendell added. "They have clips that can fire 30, 100 bullets at one time..."
- I see PA is having a huge problem with criminals using fully automatic firearms.

Quote:

"Assault weapons were not made to hunt," Rendell added. "No one goes out and shoots a deer with an AK-47 or an M-16. No one does. No one."
- From what I gather it isn't that uncommon to hunt with these firearms. There isn't any reason you couldn't, providing you aren't violating any state law.

Quote:

Rendell says cities like Pittsburgh and Philadelphia should be free to institute tougher controls on cop-killing firearms and semi-automatic bullet clips.
I don't remember seeing those bullets at WalMart. I'll check to make sure next time I go. Which firearms are out there killing cops? We should find them and put them in jail.

Quote:

"How much more of this are we going to have to put with before we get action," Rendell asked.
"How long before we can repeal the constitution." - Rendell

No he is a domestic terrorist as he is not in step with higher authorities:
Quote:

"If the city of Pittsburgh wants to enact their own gun laws, we should let them enact their own gun laws. You know, what may be right for Pittsburgh isn't right for McKean County, and I understand that, so maybe we should let local governments enact their own gun laws."
See the thread at http://goldismoney.info/forums/showthread.php?t=367291 for the new definition of domestic terrorist.

As far as I know, The Great State of Pennsylvania rejected Ammendment II to the constitution for the united states before they agreed to it.

Edit: Found it!

Quote:

New Jersey, November 20, 1789; rejected article II
Maryland, December 19, 1789; approved all
North Carolina, December 22, 1789; approved all
South Carolina, January 19, 1790; approved all
New Hampshire, January 25, 1790; rejected article II
Delaware, January 28, 1790; rejected article I
New York, February 27, 1790; rejected article II
Pennsylvania, March 10, 1790; rejected article II
Rhode Island, June 7, 1790; rejected article II
Vermont, November 3, 1791; approved all
Virginia, December 15, 1791; approved all
Haha freaking Delaware. Rejecting article I.

But yeah...I may consider him to be making a STUPID move....but is he really a traitor? Isn't he within reason of his contracts?

The Governor [sic] is a traitor, a Marxist thug, and a terrorist, as noted above.

Guys address the issue please. The Great State of Pennsylvania has NEVER been under the authority of The 2nd Ammendment of the constitution.

Like I said, AWB is a STUPID move especially in a state like Pennsylvania. But what part of the law requires him to have guns at all?

Can someone post the Pennsylvania state Constitution please?

Police are not obligated to protect us. It has been proven in the courts. I want the best means available to deal with multiple threats and this includes scary black guns.

- as was already stated...they've got the weapons...i'm not so sure if any of them have training in urban combat.

Quote:

- wow the semi auto that fires 100 bullets at once!!!! thank god lasers and proton blasters are outlawed.

Quote:

- some weapons are designed for hunting...some for fun...some for defense....just because its not a typical hunting gun doesnt mean it should be outlawed.

Incorrect. People hunt with AK-47s all the time in this country. It's called a Saiga.
